When you combine the sounds of Pete Rock, visual backgrounds of New York city, beautifully graded video with nice typography placement and subtle effects - you get to see the heart and soul of New York city. Nice work by the guys at www.kx1.com

The iPhone is aways staying close my heart, but a recently posted promo short for the new Nokia N900 called 'Focus Group' caught my eye. Keep watching right to the end, some pretty insane effects come to life.

If you love to sit down with a nice cold beverage and watch exceptional examples of motion graphics like me, Prologue, based in LA has completed some wicked NYC themed title sequences for the MTV Music Video Awards 2009.

The Melbourne Writers Festival starts today with a campaign that dramatises how various writing styles collide, from genre to genre. With great use of typography styles and fonts to suit each genre, combine with colours and sounds this is a simple piece of work with a high quality impact.
