In August of this year I had the great opportunity to work alongside Award winning Director Les Sharpe on a 31/2 minute video for Deloitte Granular Market Segmentation.
Aqua Media's largest video production to date, incorporated the collaboration of a great team that all delivered on their individual disciplines to provide a master stroke to the client. We covered multiple location from the dunes at Anna...

You can now get an 8x zoom telescope, complete with hardcase and mini tripod for your iPhone - I guess it would be useful in some circumstances but who would honestly want to take a call on your phone with this attached to your phone?
See it in action on you tube here, or check out the product review from geek alerts here.

Stumbled across a pretty cool photo site - Modern Collective. Pretty much has some random pics, but nice examples of creative photography plus I'm a huge beach fan Click here Can't wait to head up to Sydney and push my minolta to the limits!

Whether you're into photography, the beach culture, stunning beaches, surfing (good & bad), you'll appreciate the beautiful photography by Aquabumps.
Dig deeper into the site, you'll find yourself concise surf reports detailing temperatures, winds, tides and forecasts for the upcoming week.
This is where the waves live.

The Blackbird, fly (BBF) is a twin lens reflex camera: one lens is used to expose the film, while the other is used like a viewfinder. It’s a style of camera from the 1920s.
Unlike most twin lens reflex cameras, which take medium format film, the Blackbird, fly uses 35mm film - which you can process, scan and print at any one-hour photo store.
GO convenience!

Also has a resource section on lenses and lighting.

If you only watch one 8-bit Lego animation today, make it 8-bit trip!
Does 1500 hours of moving legobricks and taking photos of them sound like a crazy idea?
Not to the Swedish band Rymdreglage anyway. 8-Bit Trip is a stop motion LEGO video tribute to classic video games. It was created after 1,500 hours of work. The animation paid respect to everything from International Karate on a tape drive to Tetris on...
